Before you start your application, make sure you have the items listed below. You shall be required to submit these items before you can submit your application for review.

1. Copy of a valid photo ID (e.g. National ID / Passport bio page / Refugee ID / Student ID);
2. Short essay “What does the future hold?” (350 words): Imagine it is 20 years from now, and you are being recognised for an outstanding contribution to society. What is the achievement, and what steps did you take to get there?
3. Short essay “No pain, no gain” (350 words): Share a personal failure or setback you experienced. How did you respond to it, and what lessons did you take forward?
4. Short essays “Time travel” (350 words): If you could relive a single day in your life to change or enhance its outcome, which day would it be, and why?
5. At least one (preferably 2) personal reference(s) from the school head teacher/principal, and/or a school teacher well acquainted with the student;
6. Most recent official (school stamped) report cards:
   a. If you completed S.4 or equivalent, provide S.3 Term3 report, S.4 Term1 & Term2 reports, and mock results;
   b. If you completed S.3 or equivalent, provide S.3 Term1, Term2, and Term3 results.
