My UWC experience was like the best of all worlds. I was exposed to different cultures, learnt about countries that I didn't know existed, and had both silly and intellectual conversations with students from diverse backgrounds. I had the chance to hear different perspectives and look at aspects from multiple angles; developing an open-mind that allowed the coexistence of all students despite the difference in beliefs and values. This is so important in society today as the business world is filled with anyone willing to make a difference but the differences between you and another person should never stop you from making a change in the world. My UWC experience has taught me that nothing is impossible as long as you have the initiative to start making it possible."
